ABOUT THE ROLE

​

You will work within a team in  a varied role, helping our clients´ foreign employees relocate to Norway and settle into their new Norwegian life. Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting meetings with skilled workers (via Skype, phone, in person) to provide information on the relocation and immigration processes (some evening work required)

• Working with skilled workers to ensure that immigration documents and applications are completed correctly, and that correct procedures are followed throughout

• Assisting skilled workers through the process of home-finding and moving-in, including online research, attending viewings, and communicating with landlords and agents

• Accompanying expats through National Registration and Police procedures, resolving any unexpected difficulties that may arise

• Assisting with practicalities of moving to and living in Norway, including providing information/answers on schooling, bank accounts, health care, transportation, etc.

• Arranging an annual programme of events (informative and social), attending some scheduled evening events

• Initially you are required to work from home in Oslo, but we hope to bring the office environment back during the coming year.

 

SKILLS YOU HAVE

• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and oral), with excellent communication skills in both

• Professional experience in the relocation industry, or in the administration and delivery of other relevant customer-focused services

• Highly organised with a strong ability to multitask, to meet competing deadlines and work under pressure

• An excellent ability to interact with a wide variety of people, to solve problems and achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved

• Valid driving licence
